- Can you provide packing materials on their own? Yes, we can provide boxes and tissue paper (I’m not sure of the actual details) that are of the highest professional quality. We will even deliver it all to your door, whether you’re using us to move you or not.
- Do you have insurance? Our insurance covers us and your goods while we’re in your home, while your belongings are on the road and if they’re in our storage. We will take no risks when it comes to your safety.
- Do you only operate locally? No, we deliver nationally and all over the world with access to shipping facilities globally.
- What are your waiting time charges for key handover? We do not charge anything extra for delays in the completion of your sale or purchase by conveyancing issues.
- We won’t be at the property when you move us out, is this a problem? We can work with you to collect keys from a third party and return them, ensuring that you are moved out or in within the timeframes required.
- I need the property cleaned after the move, can you help? Yes, we offer a full cleaning service that even includes carpets, ovens and windows.
