What are your waiting time charges for key handover?
We do not charge anything extra for
delays in the completion of your sale or purchase by conveyance issues.
What we charge is what you pay only.

We won’t be at the property when you move us out, is this a problem?
Not at all, we can work with you to ensure we can collect keys from a third party
and return them, ensuring we have moved you out or in within any timescales required.

I need the property cleaned after the move, can you help?
Yes, we offer a full clean service. Including carpets, ovens and windows.

We need to fill holes and repair a few things prior to the move, can you recommend anyone?

Yes, we offer a complete refurbishment and property maintenance service
